RFP Update (08/18/08)

Area 7 plans on announcing the top proposals in October. These companies will be asked to present their tracking system demonstrations to the Area 7 Board and 43 county JFS directors. Contact with Area 7 staff, Board members, or county staff regarding this proposal process should not be initiated by any proposer until the announcements are made. Thank you for your patience. Policy Information - ODJFS WIATLs 38 & 39 Released (08/07)

Two transmittal letters have been released by ODJFS addressing reporting requirements for the Universal Customers and House Bill 372 (ODOD) Incumbent Worker Training Program.

Kudos to Licking County (08/07)

Licking County added 56 CAA contracts to the Area 7 total CAA contract boosting the contracts to 187. Those 56 contracts were from one company. Licking now boasts a total of 87 of the 187 reported area wide. Good job Licking!

IWT Venn Diagram (local vs. ODOD) (08/07)

We realize there are still some unanswered questions in regards to the ODOD IWT program, and have developed this Venn Diagram to help counties understand the similarities and differences between our own locally-run IWT programs and the ODOD IWT program. Contact Michelle or Martee with any questions.

ODOD IWT Workflow (08/07)

Congrats, Area 7 Sub-Grantees! You have written over 115 CAA contracts so far, totaling well over $200,000! Check out the tallies at the top of this page to see how your county's CAA usage compares with other Area 7 counties.

ODOD IWT Contract Template (07/24)

ODJFS has provided a contract template to be used between counties and employers participating in ODOD Incumbent Worker Training projects (under HB372). Area 7 has obtained approval to make slight modifications to the template so that the contract will be between the county/sub-grantee and the company (per Area 7's Sub-Grant Agreement). Counties may also add signature lines for prosecutors or commissioners, as needed. Click here for the template.
