SwipeIT Update (8/26/10)

The SwipeIT 'Services Detail' report has been updated to show all custom customer fields.  Several counties had requested that they wanted to see information like veteran status along side the recorded service; therefore, the report was enhanced to show the additional information.

Use of Merit Staffing for Trade Activities (8/20/10)

Effective immediately, state merit staff may not grant signature authority to a non-merit partner, nor may a non-merit partner sign the merit staff employee's name. Non-merit partners may continue to issue, prepare, receive, or review forms; answer customer questions; perform administrative functions; and provide case management.
