Lay-off Aversion Defined (DOL TEGL 30-09) (06/18/10)

On 6/8/10, USDOL issued Training and Employment Guidance Letter No. 30-09, which defines "layoff aversion" as it relates to our Incumbent Worker Training waiver. Click here to view TEGL 30-09.

Youth Training Providers Approved for PY10 (06/18/10)

Action was taken by the Area 7 Board at the June 2 meeting to approve the Youth Providers for the PY10. A listing of the providers can be found on the Youth Provider page of the Area 7 website, or by clicking here.

New Section on Tracking Page (06/18/10)

A new section called FYI has been placed on the Tracking System page. It will be updated as new bits of information are passed on to Area 7.

PY10 Wait List Reduction Application (06/04/10)

The PY10 WLR application has been added to the WLR page. Please note that the projected expenditures are done by quarter, rather than by month, on the PY10 application. Click here to view the application.
