ODJFS Issued Guidance on WLR Funds (01/21/10)
On 1/20/10, ODJFS issued a memo on Wait-List Reduction Funds to prioritize services for wait-listed dislocated workers and prohibiting incumbent worker training. Click here to view the memo.
Revision of AG-801: ARRA Expanded Services (01/15/10)
Area 7 has revised this administrative guideline in response to the 12/16/09 ODJFS memo prohibiting Needs-Based Payments. Click here to view the memo and click here to view the revised AG-801. Area 7 policy P7-802: ARRA Needs-Based Payments will be rescinded at the 02/03/10 Board meeting.
