Updates to Administrative Guideline (12/28)
AG7-302: One Stop Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been modified to clarify that Area 7 will only accept changes on the forms provided by Area 7 and found on the web site in the Documents Menu.

United Labor Agency update (12/21)
ODJFS has entered into a contract with the United Labor Agency (ULA) to provide more resources to One Stops to conduct outreach to dislocated workers. Over the past few weeks numerous One Stop systems have reported being contacted by representatives of ULA. In some cases One Stops have reported that the ULA reps have contacted local businesses.
The Area 7 office contacted ODJFS to inquire about the role of ULA and if any information or role clarification would be offered. ODJFS indicated that, while ULA has been awarded a contract, no deliverables or guidelines have been discussed with the organization. ODJFS has asked that ULA refrain from local activities until this negotiation takes place.
The first meeting was scheduled to take place Thursday, December 20. ODJFS also plans to fully communicate the deliverables and scope of services when they are determined.

Skills Bank RFP Recalled (12/07)
